Ingredients

4 large buttery croissants, torn into bite-sized pieces

1 cup cooked ham, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the torn croissant pieces and diced ham. Spread this mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.

In another bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Reserve a handful of the cheese mixture for topping later.

Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over the croissant and ham layer in the baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant, ham, and cheese layers in the baking dish, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

Top with the reserved cheese mixture for a gooey finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the egg is set.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
