Indulge in the deliciousness of Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread, the ultimate crowd-pleaser for any gathering! This easy recipe combines the irresistible flavors of garlic and melted cheese, making it a perfect appetizer or side dish. With simple ingredients and straightforward steps, even novice cooks can impress their guests.

Ingredients

1 large round loaf of bread (preferably sourdough or baguette)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix well to create a garlic butter sauce.

Using a serrated knife, make crisscross cuts across the top of the bread loaf, ensuring not to cut all the way through, so the base remains intact. Aim for about 1-inch intervals.

Gently pull apart the sections of the bread slightly to create little pockets.

Using a spoon or brush, generously drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the bread, ensuring it seeps down into all the crevices.

Stuff the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the cuts of the bread, packing it in well.

Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and the bread to warm through.

After baking, remove the foil and return the bread to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving. Pull apart sections of the bread to enjoy.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8-10

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the pull-apart bread on a rustic wooden board, accompanied by a small bowl of extra garlic butter for dipping. Garnish with some additional chopped parsley for a pop of color.
