2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the grilled chicken slices.

    Make the Cheese Spread: In another bowl, combine the cream cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture over the tortilla, followed by a layer of sliced grilled chicken. Add fresh spinach leaves and cherry tomato halves on top.

        Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and fillings.

          Cook the Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

            Finish with Cheese: During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of each wrap and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese inside.

              Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them rest for a minute. Slice each wrap diagonally in half and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
