Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil if desired, and then spoon the chicken mixture into the skillet. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is heated through and the cheeses have melted.

While the chicken mixture is heating, prepare the wraps. Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface and place a handful of mixed greens and a few cherry tomato halves in the center.

Once the chicken mixture is ready, spoon a generous amount over the greens and tomatoes on the tortilla.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, securing the filling inside. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.

For an extra crispy finish, return the wraps to the skillet and toast them for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve warm, with ranch dressing on the side if desired.
