1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook until they are completely cooked through and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
