2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup ranch dressing (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before shredding the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

      Create the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and diced tomatoes. Mix until well combined.

        Assemble the Wraps: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a handful of fresh spinach in the center, followed by a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken filling. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
