Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Cheesy Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.

Add Greens: Top the cheesy chicken mixture with a handful of mixed greens for added crunch and freshness.

Roll the Wraps: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to form a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Heat the Wraps: In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle a little olive oil. Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the skillet and heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice in half diagonally, and garnish with additional chopped parsley. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
