Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce

Olive oil for cooking

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Warm the Tortillas: Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warm and pliable. This makes them easier to wrap.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of ranch dressing in the center. On top of the ranch, add a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture, followed by a handful of fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom, tucking tightly as you go to keep the filling secure. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Cook the Wraps: In the same skillet used for the tortillas, add a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve warm, with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
