Ingredients

1 loaf of ciabatta or French bread

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise to create two long pieces.

In a medium bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top of the buttered bread. Follow by sprinkling the grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella.

Place the prepared bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing into individual portions.

                    Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Servings: 4-6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheesy garlic bread warm, garnished with a sprinkle of extra parsley and accompanied by a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
