Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and softened cream cheese until well mixed. Season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.

Take the refrigerated pizza dough and roll it out on a floured surface. Cut it into 2-inch squares.

Place a small spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough square.

Gather the corners of the dough up and pinch them together to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.

In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Dip each cheese-filled dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Once all the balls are arranged, brush any remaining garlic butter over the top of the bombs and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
