2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup uncooked pasta (cavatappi or rotini work well)

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing the dish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Mix the Chicken and Bacon: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cooked pasta, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

        Combine Cheeses: Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese into the mixture, reserving a handful of each cheese for topping the casserole.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the reserved cheeses.
