Let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Use your hands to form small, round pizza bites (about 2 inches in diameter) with the cauliflower mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
