Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (canned or frozen)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the mixture to a 9x9-inch (or similar size) baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, ensuring it covers the dip evenly.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.

Serve: Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping. Enjoy!
