Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup spinach, roughly chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

8 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat a small drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain excess grease and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove the skillet from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped spinach. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the cheesy beef mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling. Repeat this process for all tortillas.

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil to coat.

Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the roll-ups from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing them into pinwheels or serving them whole.

                      Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                        - Presentation Tips: Arrange the roll-ups on a platter, garnished with fresh spinach leaves and a side of salsa or sour cream for dipping.
