Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined and melted into the beef.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the dough into individual biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit round into a larger circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place a spoonful of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.

Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch them together to seal completely, forming a ball.

Place the filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the bombs with olive oil to help them brown nicely.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve warm on a large platter with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
