4 slices of thick-cut bread (ciabatta or sourdough work well)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 slices of crispy cooked bacon, chopped

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
