Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened. Add the minced garlic and stir for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Cook Steak: Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the sliced sirloin steak to the empty side. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked to desired doneness.

Combine: Once the steak is cooked, stir the vegetables and steak together in the skillet. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing gently to combine everything.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the provolone cheese over the top of the tortellini mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.

Serve: Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from heat. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for garnish.
