Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup beef broth

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic directly to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-5 minutes.

Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, beef broth, milk, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well blended.

Combine the cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture in the skillet. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the spaghetti and beef, tossing everything to combine.

Transfer the entire mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
