Ingredients

4 medium Russet potatoes (for fries)

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking oil (for frying)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Fries: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into thin strips and soak them in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onions, seasoning it with salt and pepper until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

Assemble the Layers: Once the fries are done, layer them on a large oven-safe plate or skillet. Top with the cooked ground beef, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.

Melt the Cheese: Place the plate or skillet back in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Toppings: Remove from the oven and drizzle ketchup and mustard over the cheesy beef. Finally, sprinkle chopped pickles and fresh parsley for that extra flair.

Serve: Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy your indulgent cheeseburger fries!
