Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced onions

12 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes to combine the flavors.

Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and diced onions.

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides in, and roll it up tightly. Use a small amount of water on the top corner to seal the egg roll. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally for even cooking.

Remove the egg rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

                Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheeseburger egg rolls on a platter with a side of ketchup and mustard for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives for an added touch of color!
