1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

Prepare the Caramel: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar and water. Mix until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a gentle boil without stirring, until the mixture turns a golden caramel color (about 5-7 minutes). Quickly remove from heat and pour into the bottom of a muffin tin, distributing it evenly among the muffin cups. Allow it to cool and harden.

    Blend the Flan Mixture: In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined (about 1 minute).

      Pour the Mixture: Carefully pour the flan mixture over the set caramel in the muffin tins, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

        Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the muffin tin in a larger baking dish and fill the baking dish with hot water to create a water bath. This will help cook the muffins gently. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
