2 ripe avocados

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Leave a bit of avocado flesh inside so they can hold the stuffing without falling apart.
