½ cup vegetable oil

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, and unsweetened applesauce until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
