2clovesgarlic, minced
1redbell pepper, diced
1cupheavy cream
1cupcherry tomatoes, halved
0.5cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook the Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the Chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until softened.
Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and let it cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Combine the Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken and tortellini into the skillet, gently tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve: Once everything is well combined and heated through, remove from heat and serve immediately.
