Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

½ cup honey

¼ cup Dijon mustard

¼ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped green onions, for garnish

Celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet to allow better air circulation around the wings.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. This will be your marinade.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Pour half of the marinade over the wings and toss them well to coat evenly. Reserve the other half of the marinade for later.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.

While the wings are baking, heat the reserved marinade in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour the warmed marinade over the wings and gently toss to coat them in the sauce.

Serve the wings hot, garnished with chopped green onions and alongside celery sticks for a refreshing crunch. Enjoy your perfect Buffalo Honey Mustard Chicken Wings!
