Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (preferably rotisserie)

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust for spice preference)

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1 avocado, diced

1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, can substitute with Greek yogurt)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce. Toss well until the chicken is fully coated. Set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.

    In another large mixing bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, celery, shredded carrots, and diced avocado. Gently toss to combine the vegetables.

      After the chicken has marinated, add it over the vegetable mix. Top with blue cheese crumbles.

        Drizzle ranch dressing (or Greek yogurt) on top, and gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients evenly.

          Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.

            Serve immediately for a fresh crunch, or chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes for a more cohesive flavor.
