Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, ensuring the chicken is well coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly brush olive oil on the flatbreads or naan. Place them on a baking sheet.
Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the flatbreads.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the chicken, followed by crumbled blue cheese if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Scatter sliced green onions on top along with fresh cilantro if desired.
Slice into squares or wedges and serve immediately.

Adjust the buffalo sauce to your taste preference.
