Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on heat preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Celery sticks, for serving

Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), and green onions. Mix until well combined.

Roll out Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on a baking sheet, with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the tips pointing outward (making a star shape).

Add Filling: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the wide ends of the dough triangles. Be generous but leave a small border around the edge to seal it.

Fold and Seal: Starting from the wide end of each triangle, fold the dough over the filling and tuck the tip underneath the ring to secure it. Make sure the filling is enclosed.

Brush with Egg Wash: Brush the beaten egg over the top of the crescent ring to give it a golden-brown finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent ring is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice into wedges and serve warm with celery sticks and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
