Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup buffalo sauce (plus extra for serving)

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 pack of refrigerated crescent roll dough

¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Open the pack of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the dough into triangles as per the packaging instructions.

Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each triangle.

Carefully fold the sides of the triangle over the filling and roll it up toward the pointed end to create a pocket. Pinch the seams to seal securely.

Place the filled bombs seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Drizzle additional buffalo sauce on top and garnish with chopped green onions for a fresh kick.
