Ingredients

1 pound breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 slider buns (mini brioche or whole wheat)

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup spinach leaves

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Break it apart with a spatula while cooking. Once done, remove from heat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

In the same skillet (you can drain excess fat if needed), pour the egg mixture and cook on low heat, gently stirring until the eggs are just set but still creamy (about 4-5 minutes). Remove from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

Assemble the sliders: Cut the slider buns in half and layer each bottom half with a portion of cooked sausage, a spoonful of cheesy scrambled eggs, a slice of avocado, and a few spinach leaves.

Place the tops of the buns over the fillings and brush each with a touch of olive oil.

Bake the assembled sliders in the oven for 10 minutes, until the buns are warmed through and slightly crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 12 sliders

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve on a rustic wooden board with an assortment of sauces available, such as sriracha or a creamy avocado dip. Garnish with fresh herbs for a pop of color.
