Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced into wedges

1/4 cup bourbon-flavored barbecue sauce (non-alcoholic)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bourbon-flavored barbecue sauce, olive oil, honey, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Toss the shrimp and sliced peaches in the marinade until they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Spread the marinated shrimp and peach wedges evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the peaches are slightly caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.
