Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup milk

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup (plus extra for topping)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by lightly greasing it with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground turkey until well mixed.

Add the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, and dried thyme to the meat mixture and stir to incorporate.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the meat mixture and mix gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix to keep the meatloaf tender.

Transfer the meatloaf mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a uniform loaf. Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top for a flavorful glaze.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) and the meatloaf is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute for a moist and tender meatloaf.
