Ingredients

1 can of Pillsbury Refrigerated Biscuits (8 count)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or thyme)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking spray or additional butter for greasing

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to create a garlic butter mixture.

Take each biscuit from the can and flatten it slightly in your hand.

In the center of each flattened biscuit, place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.

Gather the edges of the biscuit around the cheese to form a ball, ensuring that the cheese is completely sealed inside.

Dip the tops of the cheese bombs into the garlic butter mixture, then place them seam side down in the muffin tin.

Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the biscuit bombs.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, allow them to cool for a few minutes, then carefully remove them from the muffin tin.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
