Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced pickles

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons mustard

1 cup baby spinach

Optional: Sliced tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Form the beef mixture into small patties (about 2-3 inches wide) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

In another skillet, lightly toast the flour tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.

Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mustard in the center of each tortilla. Top with a few spinach leaves, cooked burger patties, and diced pickles.

Optional: add sliced tomatoes on top for extra freshness.

Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to create a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Place the wraps seam-side down back in the skillet and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tortilla is golden and crispy.

Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half diagonally.

                  Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a platter with a side of extra pickles or a small bowl of dipping sauce, such as ketchup or additional mustard. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
