8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup jalapeños, diced (fresh or pickled)

1/2 cup diced green onions

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

1 tbsp olive oil (for topping, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, and shredded mozzarella. Mix until smooth and well combined.

      Stir in the diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

        Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish (about 8x8 inches works well). Smooth the top with a spatula.

          If using breadcrumbs, mix them with olive oil in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the dip for a crunchy topping.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

                Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips, or sliced veggies for dipping. Enjoy!
