Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 slices of bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Mix in the cooked bacon, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper into the ground beef. Stir well to combine.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Once cooled, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Open the biscuit dough package and separate the dough into individual biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit into a small round on a lightly floured surface. Place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each round.

Fold the edges of the biscuit around the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Roll into a ball and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each bomb with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds for added texture.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
