Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 ounces bowtie pasta

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside while reserving about ½ cup of the pasta water.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened.

Add Ground Beef: Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the onion mixture. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fats if necessary.

Incorporate Veggies: Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5-6 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the spinach to wilt.

Combine Pasta: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet. Pour in some of the reserved pasta water if the mixture seems dry. Gently toss together until everything is well combined and heated through.

Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Adjust seasonings if needed.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve in large bowls with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and a side of crusty bread. You can also garnish with fresh basil for an aromatic touch. Enjoy!
