Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 ripe bananas, sliced

1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Whipped cream for topping

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Make the Taco Shells: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and have a sandy texture.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using a taco mold or the back of a muffin tin, press the crumb mixture firmly into the shape of small taco shells. Ensure the sides are well-formed to hold the filling.

Bake the shells for about 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Let them cool completely while you prepare the filling.

Prepare the Pudding Filling: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the whole milk and 1/4 cup of the heavy cream. Bring it to a gentle simmer.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to whip until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Once the milk mixture is simmering, whisk in any remaining graham cracker crumbs (if desired) to thicken it. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Once both the pudding and whipped cream are slightly cooled, gently fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture until fully combined. This creates a luscious banana pudding texture.

Assemble the Tacos: Fill each graham cracker taco shell with a layer of banana pudding. Add sliced bananas on top and sprinkle mini marshmallows (if using) for added sweetness and crunch.

Top each taco with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a fresh mint leaf for a pop of color.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 6 tacos

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the tacos on a rustic wooden board, garnished with extra banana slices and mint leaves for an inviting and fun dessert display.
