Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

½ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pre-made graham cracker crust

½ cup crushed walnuts (optional, for topping)

Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar, beating with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.

Before serving, sprinkle crushed walnuts on top for added crunch (if using) and slice into individual pieces.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on each slice for extra indulgence.
