4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, zested and juiced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Cut four pieces of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap each salmon fillet and asparagus bundle (about 12x12 inches).

      In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the lemon garlic sauce.

        Lay one salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil. Season each fillet with salt and pepper.

          Arrange a handful of trimmed asparagus around each salmon fillet. Drizzle the lemon garlic sauce generously over the salmon and asparagus, ensuring they are well coated.

            Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon and asparagus to create a sealed packet. Make sure the packets are secure to prevent any steam from escaping.

              Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

                Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for hot steam) and transfer the salmon and asparagus to serving plates.
