Ingredients

12 slider buns, preferably Hawaiian rolls

1 pound sliced deli ham

1 pound sliced Swiss cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

      Assemble the Sliders:

        - Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.

          - Layer half of the Swiss cheese slices evenly over the bottom buns.

            - Add the sliced ham on top of the cheese, then layer the remaining Swiss cheese slices over the ham.

              - Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.

                Make the Sauce:

                  - In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

Drizzle the Sauce: Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders, ensuring that all the tops get coated well.

                      Cover and Bake:

                        - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

                          - After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the sliders sit for 5 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before slicing and serving.
