Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup cooked macaroni pasta

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortilla wraps

Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and BBQ sauce

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cooked macaroni, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and creamy. Mix in the crumbled bacon and set aside.

Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. Place a scoop of the cooked ground beef on one half of the wrap, followed by a generous scoop of the mac and cheese mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the mac and cheese, and add any optional toppings you desire, such as shredded lettuce or diced tomatoes.

Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a burrito-style wrap.

In a clean skillet over medium-low heat, lightly toast the wrap on all sides for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice in half diagonally and serve with BBQ sauce for dipping.
