Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup elbow macaroni

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

Lettuce leaves (for garnish)

Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Macaroni: In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

Combine: Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until the pasta is well coated. Stir in the crumbled bacon, reserving a little for topping.

Cook the Burger Patties: In a skillet, shape the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat, place a burger patty in the center, then top with a generous scoop of the bacon mac 'n' cheese. Add some lettuce and a drizzle of Sriracha or hot sauce if desired.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to create a tight wrap.

Serve: Slice the wrap in half diagonally and garnish with the remaining crumbled bacon on top.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve on a wooden board with a side of pickles or potato chips for an extra touch. Drizzle more hot sauce on top for those who like it spicy!
