Ingredients
  

1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1 lime, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

Flour or corn tortillas, for serving

Optional toppings: guacamole, salsa, sour cream, fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until the steak and vegetables are evenly coated with the seasoning.

    Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

      Place half of the steak and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

        After the first batch is done, transfer it to a serving platter. Repeat with the remaining steak and vegetables, cooking for another 12 minutes.

          Once all the fajitas are cooked, serve them on warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
