4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

4 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This will help achieve crispiness.

    Make the Coating: In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to create an even coating mix.

      Coat the Chicken: Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Then, roll each thigh in the Parmesan mixture, pressing down to adhere the coating well. Make sure all parts of the chicken are covered.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
