Instructions
Prepare the Cauliflower: Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Pat dry with a paper towel to ensure they are moisture-free for better crisping in the air fryer.
Make the Breading Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.
Breadcrumb Coating: In another bowl, add breadcrumbs. Dip each floret coated with flour into the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help the crumbs adhere.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Air Fry the Cauliflower: Arrange the breaded cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with olive oil to promote crisping. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Toss with Buffalo Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the prepared buffalo sauce and air-fried cauliflower bites. Toss gently to coat each piece well.
Final Air Fry: Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for another 3-5 minutes at 400°F (200°C) to caramelize the sauce a little.
Serve and Garnish: Once done, remove from the fryer and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
