Ingredients

For the Bang Bang Shrimp:

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 teaspoon lime juice

For the Tacos:

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 ripe avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp:

    - In a bowl, season the shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

      - Set up a breading station: Place flour in one shallow dish, beaten egg in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.

        - Dip each shrimp into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg, and finally coat well with panko breadcrumbs. Set aside.

          Air Fry the Shrimp:

            - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

              - Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

                Make the Bang Bang Sauce:

                  - In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.

                    Assemble the Tacos:

                      - Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.

                        - On each tortilla, layer shredded cabbage, 3-4 pieces of Bang Bang shrimp, and a slice of avocado.

                          - Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.

                            Serve:

                              - Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side for extra zest.
