1 pound ground beef

1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables (drained)

2 cups cooked pasta (elbow or shell)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

In a large skillet or pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Make sure to break it up into small pieces with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

    Add the drained mixed vegetables to the skillet with the browned beef. Stir to combine and allow them to heat through for about 3-4 minutes.

      Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything well. Then, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

        Cover the skillet with a lid and let it sit on low heat for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
