Instructions
 

Begin by cutting the avocado in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a blender.

    Add the coconut milk, frozen banana, honey (or agave syrup), chia seeds, and vanilla extract to the blender.

      Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.

        Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave if desired. Blend again until well mixed.

          Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
